Conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA is the target for cmmcalibrationindianapolis.com. Accessibility is part of the quality of this website, not a separate exercise.

In practice the target means text that meets contrast requirements, headings that follow a logical order, form fields with visible labels and clear error messages, images with text alternatives, and pages that can be operated with a keyboard alone. Any change to a page brings a conformance review with it.

Some content may fall short of that target. Documents supplied by third parties, including certificates and scope documents issued as PDFs, may not be tagged for screen readers, and older uploaded files may lack text alternatives.

Any part of this site that cannot be used should be reported through the contact page, which lists the contact details for the desk that handles such reports. Reports are acknowledged within three (3) business days.

The page is corrected, and while that happens the information requested is supplied in an alternative format: plain email, large print, or read over the telephone. No request is held up by the barrier itself.
