Request a Quote

Send the item detail and the turnaround required; a written quotation is returned.

What to Include

The first message can carry everything a quotation needs. Send these six:

  • Item. Manufacturer, model or type, range, and quantity.
  • Measurement. The points, ranges or parameters that must be covered.
  • Tolerance. The specification the item is held to, and whether a statement of conformity is required.
  • Standard. Any standard, customer specification or accreditation requirement the work must satisfy.
  • Turnaround. The date the item is needed back, and whether expedited handling should be priced.
  • Engagement type. Whether the item is shipped in, collected, or the work is carried out on site.

Missing information is chased before a figure is given; sending it with the request saves that step. Every quotation is issued in writing and remains valid for thirty days unless the document says otherwise.

Submit a Request

Submissions are reviewed against current capacity and answered within one business day. Marking a request as urgent in the scope field moves it up the queue rather than into a separate one.

An asterisk marks a required field.

A written quotation follows by email.

Before You Send

Each quotation is issued against stated terms, and validity, payment, turnaround and liability are set out in the terms and conditions. How results are reported, and what a certificate does and does not state, is covered on the disclaimer page.
