Programs are written or revised on the platform the shop already runs: PC-DMIS, Calypso, MODUS, CAMIO, PolyWorks or Quindos, offline from CAD or online at the machine.
GD&T is interpreted from the print or the model. Datum structure and alignment strategy are built to match the tolerance frame, not the most convenient fixture.
